Our investment in our people pays dividends for us as a business, as well as for our clients. By developing quality people, we deliver quality products and client service. In fact, we manage over 750 funds, which means we have something to suit every type of investor. The strength of these funds is rooted in the thoroughness of our research. In a typical year our Analysts could hold over 14,500 company meetings, producing over 40,000 pieces of research². Our Customer Services team in Operations booked nearly 2.5 million client deals and received more than 800,000 phone calls in 2008. And in the same year our London trading desk executed over $300 billion worth of trades³.

Our approach is consistently recognised in industry awards. At the Thomson Extel Awards (known as the 'City Oscars') we've been named Best Pan-European Fund Management Group eight times in the past ten years.
